What is the return policy?

If you have an issue and would like to return your purchase please start by emailing shopthecache@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send the items to the mailing address on the package. The customer is responsible for shipping associated with returns.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are filled within 2-7 business days. Standard shipping is typically 5-8 business days in the US and could be up to 20 business days for International.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please email your order details to shopthecache@gmail.com. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Click on the details of the individual items to see the dimensions of the piece you are looking at. If you happen to order the incorrect size, please refer to our return policy above.

Where are you located?

Our retail store is located just outside Denali National Park in Alaska. Our online store operates with a partner in the lower 48 to get you your items faster, anytime of the year!
